Exchange Policy

At Flizee, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Eligibility:

  • Product Condition: Replacement available for incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged items.
  • Request Window: Must request within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Share a video of the faulty or damaged product with our support team within the 7-day window.
  2. Return Process:
    •  Ship the product back in its original packaging to our warehouse. We’ll send a replacement within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Note: No exchanges for "change of mind."
